Cocardo La Heladeria Walkthrough: Chapters 1–4
Follow the objective chain in order: investigate Lime, survive the first search, expose the production line, free Grape, then uncover the lower capsules. The latest reviewed gameplay finishes Chapter 4; Chapters 5 and 6 were unavailable in that recording.

Story spoilers. This page discusses later objectives and outcomes. Start with the spoiler-light guide if you only need the opening.
Chapter 1 — find Lime and survive the search
Start inside Coco’s Scoops and investigate the public counter before heading downstairs. The newer Chuy Mine run labels this opening Chapter 1. Gray’s shorter narration sometimes counts the opening differently; use the named objectives if your menu changes.
- Inspect Lime’s bracelet, the closing note and her employee photo. The note directs Lime to check storage before leaving.
- Ask Cocardo for an ice cream to occupy him, collect the employee card during that distraction, then use the staff entrance. The locked public kitchen door is not the route demonstrated in the earlier run.
- Explore the back rooms and locate the basement. In the newer run, moved pallets and frost on a wheelbarrow point toward the cold storage route.
- When the basement loses power, collect all five fuses, fit them into the electrical panel and pull its lever. The recording explicitly counts five before restoring power.
- Enter the lower freezer and approach Lime’s capsule. The display reads −30°. This discovery starts a two-minute search by Cocardo.
- Break line of sight and use marked cabinets or lockers. Chuy Mine reports a 15-second cabinet limit before an alert; leave safely and rotate hiding places as your current prompt requires.
- Survive until the objective and chapter completion appear. Do not spend the entire two minutes in one cabinet or leave cover solely because the corridor sounds quiet.
The 15-second hiding limit is creator-reported for the recorded run. If the live game shows a different warning or timer, follow that prompt.
Chapter 2 — New Flavors
The maintenance room is the starting point. Cocardo has locked the normal exit and the next tasks combine machinery, evidence and a guarded upload.
- Pick up the oil can in maintenance and use it to free the emergency exit mechanism.
- Restore security access. The newer run pulls a basement lever before using the console; use the current objective to distinguish camera restoration from the locked exit control.
- Inspect the camera feeds and the second freezer. Records mention Strawberry, Grape, Banana and Orange, showing that Lime is not the only missing fruit.
- Copy the recording of Cocardo carrying a sealed capsule, photograph Lime’s freezer record and inspect the private office/file drawer.
- Photograph the Pineapple order. This Chapter 2 record requests a quantity of 200 with delivery in three days; the later Chapter 4 document uses a different order and units.
- Stop production using the prompted valves and compressor controls. The newer creator narrates compressor 2 followed by 3 while relieving pressure; check the live highlighted controls and stopped-system feedback before moving on.
- Start sending the evidence at the router and remain close enough for the upload to progress. Use nearby cover while the percentage rises; confirm completion and Banana’s response.
- Remove the marked exit obstruction and return to the emergency area. Banana’s reply closes this chapter and leads into the next investigation.
If the upload pauses, check that you are still near the sending device. The source demonstrates proximity and cover, not a guaranteed universal bug fix.

Chapter 3 — Banana’s investigation and Grape’s rescue
Banana receives the photographs, but asks for evidence that directly connects Cocardo to the deliveries. Grape is the active rescue target in this section.
- Find the delivery records on the loading dock. The earlier run notes repeated early-morning shipments without a client or invoice.
- Inspect the additional office/safe records requested by the objective. The newer run opens a password-protected office and safe but does not supply a reliable numeric office password in its captions.
- Use the records to locate Grape in Section C. Inspect the damaged capsule; the faulty seal creates the demonstrated opportunity for a manual rescue.
- Cut the cold and disable security. For the three numbered switches, the newer creator explicitly reads the order 2 → 3 → 1.
- Collect the maintenance tool and open the capsule panel. Gray calls it a crowbar; Chuy Mine’s translated narration calls it a lever. Match the pickup name and action prompt in your build.
- Complete the capsule interaction to release Grape. Turning off the cameras draws attention, so prepare a hiding route before the rescue.
- Lead Grape to the old maintenance access, use the indicated exit control and follow the objective. In both recordings Grape exits while the player remains trapped; this is part of the story, not proof of a failed rescue.
Do not confuse the 2 → 3 → 1 switch sequence with a numeric keypad password.
Chapter 4 — Cocardo’s harvest, the hatch and the tunnel
Cherry brings Grape back to Coco’s Scoops. The newer run calls this chapter Cocardo’s harvest. Two hostile characters and red camera lights make the investigation more dangerous.
- Use the radio and security recordings to trace Grape’s return. The recording shows Cherry handing Grape back to Cocardo.
- Disable the Security Camera box in the basement electrical room under the dock when the objective requests it. Red cameras belong to Cherry’s monitoring route in this footage.
- Photograph the night-security invoice and other prompted records. If Cherry blocks the direct route, use the alternate hatch/packaging route shown by the objective.
- Move the shelf in the packaging room and inspect the recipes. The first-day recipe record lists 1405 cups. The creator uses this clue as the lower hatch code.
- Enter 1405 at the hatch beneath Lime’s capsule. In the demonstrated run it opens the route to Strawberry, Banana and Grape in the lower production area.
- Inspect the lower records and the Pineapple meeting. A later document requests five flavors at 500 L; this is a separate Chapter 4 order, not a correction to the earlier quantity of 200.
- While the meeting occupies Cocardo, stop the refrigeration lever and inspect the locked capsule controls. Grape says Cherry keeps the capsule code on her phone. The reviewed captions do not reveal that second numeric code.
- Complete the prompted fuse/power and evidence steps, then head toward the maintenance tunnel gate. Stay near the upload point until the evidence reaches 100% and keep the exit interaction within reach.
- Watch Banana arrive outside the shop. He still lacks a warrant to enter. The recorded chapter closes with captives inside and Cocardo working with Cherry, rather than an arrest or a complete rescue.
1405 opens the lower hatch in the newer recorded run. It is not established as the capsule release code, office password or a promo redemption code.
Check the result before restarting
Progress depends on the registered objective, not just touching a prop. Compare the noun in the current task with the action you completed.
| What you see | What to check |
|---|---|
| Power still off | Five fuses installed, then the panel lever used. |
| Exit still blocked | Oil used on the stuck mechanism; later obstructions are separate objectives. |
| Upload stalled | Stay near the router/sending device and confirm the percentage changes. |
| Grape not released | Cold/security disabled, switch order completed, tool used on the capsule panel. |
| Hatch code rejected | Check that this is the Chapter 4 hatch beneath Lime, and re-read your build’s recipe clue. |
| Capsules still locked | Use Cherry’s phone clue; 1405 belongs to a different lock. |
| Next chapter unavailable | The two reviewed runs ended after Chapter 4. Check the live chapter menu for newer content. |
